These can be how quickly aircraft are repaired by the ground crew on the airfield, how fast a tank's loader can fit shells into the gun breech, how accurate bombers' gunners' fire is, the amount of g-force that can be sustained by a pilot before they begin blacking out, or how efficiently a ship's crew can put out a fire.Ĭrew experience is gained in the form of "Crew XP Points", earned by participating in battles.
